As the top layer wears, new sharp abrasives are exposed to maintain consistent cutting performance and uniform finishing results throughout disc life. Mounted on a soft foam interface, the discs adapt to surface contours and improve control on curved or delicate areas.

Optimized for wet sanding, the structure helps minimize heat build-up and clogging, preparing surfaces for final polishing.
