1. UK Area Sales Manager - North

Reports To: Regional Sales Director

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing distributors
  • Find new opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Visit, on a regular basis, customers, OEM´s, with or without the distributors.
  • Analysis of competitors
  • Develop and implement training packages for the detailing, automotive, industrial markets
  • Participate in training sessions for both legacy and new distributors as needed
  • Participate in “work-out” days with global distributor sales forces as needed
  • Act as technical liaison with paint company technical centers and training personnel
  • Participate in global trade shows as needed
  • Work with RUPES S.p.A. R&D Manager and Sales Director to define new product opportunities
  • Travel intensively in support of RUPES training programs

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have a strong background (sales and technical) in surface preparation/surface rectification and/or power tools in different market segments
  • Have a working knowledge of automotive AOEM and aftermarket paint products
  • Be a hands-on and demonstration oriented person
  • Work well independently
  • Have strong communication skills and be well versed in social media
  • Be comfortable working with all layers of business society, from shop technicians to top managers.
  • Be willing to embrace a +70% travel schedule
  • Be open to learning new cultures, both social and commercial

The candidate will report to the Regional Sales Director in Europe, but will together with the UK Area Sales Manager – South, be responsible for the daily operation.

2. PROGETTISTA MECCANICO

Nell’ambito del team Industrial Engineering siamo alla ricerca di un/una giovane Disegnatore CAD/CAM – Progettista Meccanico da inserire all’interno del team.

Descrizione posizione:

Nel dettaglio la sua posizione prevederà le seguenti attività:

  • Design e progettazione di utensili portatili
  • Design e progettazione di parti macchina
  • Sviluppo Rapid Prototyping tramite 3D printer interna; come ausilio alla progettazione
  • Interazione con i fornitori nell’affinamento tecnologico dei particolari
  • Supporto tecnico ai reparti produttivi e assistenza alla realizzazione delle attrezzature e delle parti macchina

Requisiti:

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese
  • Conoscenza della progettazione CAD 3D (la conoscenza di Solidworks costituirà titolo preferenziale).
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office.

Condizioni di inserimento:

3. GEBIETSVERKAUFSLEITER (m/w) - Area Sales Manager - für das Gebiet Nordrhein

für das Gebiet Nordrhein – Westfalen, angrenzend Teile von: südliches Niedersachsen, Hessen, Rheinland – Pfalz, Saarland

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gebietsbetreuung der aktiven und potenziellen Händler vor Ort
  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung von Händlerbeziehungen
  • Schulung des Verkaufspersonals der Händler und Vorführungen bei deren Endkunden
  • Sichtbare Präsenz in ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
  • Teamwork mit Kollegen aus anderen Verkaufsgebieten

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb B2B, idealerweise im Bereich Automotive, Werkzeughandel oder Lackindustrie
  • Kommunikative, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem und gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Selbständig, strukturiertes und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft in ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung – weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
