General Purpose
Interact with customers, visitors, suppliers and in general all external contacts to provide a positive image of the company anticipating and responding to their needs directing their request to the dedicated internal service

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services in accordance with Company management.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities such as booking tickets, making reservations and arranging travel
  • Manage hospitality in the meeting areas of the company
  • Manage ceremonial events and Christmas gifts
  • Verify receipt of custom bills and correct filing
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Manage workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Oral and written languages applications
  • Product knowledge

Reporting To: Regional Sales Director

Primary markets: Automotive bodyshops / car detailing shops

Primary responsibilities:

  • conduct training sessions for distributors sales forces throughout the sales region
  • join distributors sales forces in “work-out” days throughout the sales region
  • train and physically support distributors in the sales region
  • attend national and international trade shows when required
  • participate in distributors open House sessions when required
  • work together with Rupes Product Manager to define new product opportunities
  • visit end-users for hands-on demonstration of our products

The Successful Candidate will:

  • have strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and other alike programs
  • have a background in surfaces preparation in either the detailing industry, automotive paint market or similar
  • have the ability to understand our customers needs
  • have a knowledge of the industries leading manufacturers products
  • be a technical, hands-on and demonstration oriented person
  • work well independently, be a self-starter
  • have strong communication skills, also in front of large groups and be well versed in social media
  • be comfortable working together with all layers of business society,
    from the management to the shop technicians
  • have a passion for creating high quality paint job finishings
  • be willing to travel extensively throughout the region
  • be open to learn about new cultures, both social and commercial
  • The candidate must be native Oman or Bahrain citizen
  • Have good skills in both written and spoken English

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gebietsbetreuung der aktiven und potenziellen Händler vor Ort
  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung von Händlerbeziehungen
  • Schulung des Verkaufspersonals der Händler und Vorführungen bei deren Endkunden
  • Sichtbare Präsenz in ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
  • Teamwork mit Kollegen aus anderen Verkaufsgebieten

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb B2B, idealerweise im Bereich Automotive, Werkzeughandel oder Lackindustrie
  • Kommunikative, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem und gepflegtem Auftreten
  • Selbständig, strukturiertes und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft in ihrem Verkaufsgebiet
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung – weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
