The PROCUT Film Abrasive Discs Ø150mm are built for high-efficiency dry sanding using premium ceramic abrasives on a tough polyester (PET) film backing.
Precision coating ensures uniform grain distribution for a consistent scratch pattern and controlled results, while improving resistance to tearing, fraying, and clogging. A stearate layer enhances dust extraction and limits loading, helping maintain performance and extend disc life.
Suitable for defect removal, surface preparation, and refinement on primers, paint, metals, plastics, composites, and gelcoat.
