These premium fibers are then assembled in an extremely dense pattern onto a specially designed foam interface to provide surface contouring, stability, and smooth operator experience.

The CUT & FINISH Wool Pads provide an optimized balance, an exceptional cut and a better finish than any wool rotary pad available on the market today and are compatible with virtually all rotary-style polishers, but perform best with a low speed and high torque tool like the BigFoot LH19E.

RUPES is proud to announce the new BigFoot Paint Correction Web App. This innovative app is an amazing tool to assist in finding the best combination of RUPES tools, pads and compounds to achieve optimal result with the Rupes BigFoot Polishing System based on user-defined variables that include paint hardness and defect type.

This digital tool was created in response to frequently asked questions as to what the best combination of BigFoot products is to correct various paint defects. The intuitive design makes it easier than ever to define a recommended starting point in any surface correction procedure and while no app can provide a perfect answer to every situation the guidelines provided by the BigFoot Paint Correction Web App serve as an excellent starting reference for the highest probability for success.

The Web App is very intuitive and easy to use. If you are an Android user, you will find a link directly on the page. By clicking the link, the download will start automatically. IOS users, instead, will have to simply add the page to Home Screen by clicking on the share icon on the bottom of the page.

Moreover, also a printable application sheet of the Web App is available. In this case, after choosing the type of paint, the best possible combinations of tools, pads, and compounds are displayed in a printable table. On the vertical axis are indicated the different types of defects, while next to them we have the best combinations of consumables in relation to each BigFoot polishing tool.

A Bugatti Chiron came into their detailing centre full of scratches and swirls, especially on the carbon, probably due to previous bad washings.

Before applying foil and coating, these guys achieved great results in the polishing phase by using some Rupes tools, such as HR81ML NANO iBrid, LHR21 MarkII, and LHR75E MINI.

The paint and the carbon have been perfectly corrected!

RUPES has developed 2 new compounds for rotary polishers: the RUPES BigFoot Rotary Coarse Compound and the RUPES BigFoot Rotary Fine Compound.

RUPES has formulated the new RUPES BigFoot Rotary Coarse Compound to be the ultimate solution for the removal of sanding marks and severe defects, while maintaining a smooth operator experience. Rotary Coarse is a compound ideal for correction of severe paint defects and P1500 grit sanding marks or finer, and to optimize cutting, finishing, and user experience. This compound provides an aggressive cutting action, without excessive dusting or pad chatter. Its abrasive type is high density load, for maximum cutting. With significant rotational forces, resulting in high amounts of heat and friction at the surface, producing a rotary polishing compound formula is one of the most challenging tasks.

The new rotary compound must be able to handle the heat and friction throughout a polishing cycle, in order to enhance the cutting ability.

The best cutting efficiency is reached with the RUPES Rotary Coarse Wool pads.

The new RUPES BigFoot Rotary Fine Compound has been formulated as a second step polishing procedure, after the RUPES Rotary Coarse compound application.

Rotary Fine is a versatile high shine polish, suitable for quick light to medium imperfections and holograms for a superior deep gloss. This unique formulation ensures a gentle action and an impressive easiness during use. Delivering superior gloss enhancement, rich appearance and swirl free results, this polish is performance validated on all types of paint (hard paint, OEM and fresh paint). Rotary fine has also been formulated to reduce the wipe off time, making the application easy and efficient. This new fine compound has been produced and formulated to be used specifically with the BigFoot Rotary system (LH 19E Rotary polisher) and the RUPES Rotary Foam Polishing Pads.

The Rotary Fine Polish is developed, formulated, and manufactured in house completely by RUPES and is yellow to be coupled with the Yellow Foam Pads.

Rotary Fine Polish removes swirls and polishing marks as well as medium to fine scratches and holograms with the RUPES Rotary Yellow Foam Pad.

It is a silicone and wax free formulation, and a no dusting product in order to maintain a clean working environment. This new product presents the latest technology of abrasives for both superior cutting and finishing capability.

The RUPES BigFoot Rotary Compounds have been developed, blended, and manufactured in house by RUPES. The formulas have been designed, certified, and intended to be used with the RUPES BigFoot Rotary system, including the tool and its relevant pads.

Today the training of Obsessed Garage at Rupes BigFoot Academy, moves on the differences between microfiber pads and wool pads.
Jason rose and Dylan Von Kleist explain to Matt from O.G. the substantial differences between these two types of pads.
For both cases, the application must be made in the correct way, even if between the two undoubtedly the best is the microfibre, but must always be kept clean between one pass and another in order to always maintain the same level of cut.
