1. Product Manager Utensili – Controlli e Test sul Territorio
Cerchiamo un Product Manager Utensili, dinamico e orientato al risultato, con forte attitudine tecnica, che operi come riferimento per le attività di test, validazione e controllo sul territorio. La figura sarà responsabile della raccolta dati sul campo, analisi delle prestazioni prodotto in ambienti reali e interfaccia tra il cliente, la rete vendita e l’ufficio tecnico.
- Sede di lavoro: Vermezzo con Zelo (MI)
- Contratto: tempo pieno – Inserimento diretto in azienda
- Utensili professionali (elettrici e pneumatici)
Principali responsabilità
- Coordinare e condurre test tecnici su utensili elettrici e pneumatici presso clienti, distributori e centri specializzati
- Raccogliere feedback tecnici e prestazionali dai mercati target
- Analizzare dati e segnalazioni, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo del prodotto
- Supportare il lancio di nuovi utensili con test comparativi e analisi di benchmarking
- Collaborare con l’area R&D e qualità per la validazione di prototipi
- Formare la rete vendita e offrire supporto tecnico pre e post-vendita
Requisiti
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o cultura tecnica equivalente
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel settore utensili
- Conoscenza di utensili elettrici/pneumatici e loro applicazioni pratiche
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Capacità analitiche, autonomia e attitudine al problem solving
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nazionali e internazionali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue rappresenta un plus

2. Trade Compliance Specialist
Ensure a compliant, timely and accurate management of Customs process and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing development of Customs process, procedures, internal controls, and analytics that will contribute to the ongoing compliance management to ensure legal requirements with Customs authorities are met.
- Verify the correctness of material classification (Finished Products, Raw materials, Components, Spare Parts)
- Support analysis for duty spend based on material sourcing and classification determination
- Analyze Product Origin calculations and ensure Long Term statements are regularly and correctly issued
- Support Customs audits
- Suggest potential improvements to reach higher efficiency and control of process.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Practical knowledge of customs clearance operations and customs regulations desirable
- Knowledge of supply chain operations is an advantage
- Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access) essential
- Demonstrated business reasoning, analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to deal with urgent deadlines by properly planning and organizing customs related issues
- Good planning and organizational skills, and ability to work and deliver in dynamic environments while adhering to specified deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic and reliable, positive, self-motivated
Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- A degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, logistics, supply chain, information system or operations
- Experience in a customs business/department is an advantage
- Fluency in Italian, Written and Spoken
- Fluency in English, Written and Spoken
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services in accordance with Company management.
Main Job Tasks and Responsabilities
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customers inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- provide pricing and delivery information
- set up new customer accounts
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- manage workflow to meet customer timeframes
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- keep records of customers interactions and transactions
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- record details of action taken
- prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- maintain customer databases
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions
- provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Education and Experience
- high School diploma, general eduction degree or equivalent
- fluent in English, Spanish and French (a fourth language such as German would be appreciated)
- well trained in international customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of admnistrative procedures
- Oral and written languages applications
- Product knowledge
