1. Technical Sales Specialist, UK South
Reporting To: National Sales Manager UK & I
Primary markets: Automotive body shops / car detailing shops / industrial / marine
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team, reporting to the National Sales Manager UK & I. This role is critical in supporting our primary markets, which include automotive body shops, car detailing shops, industrial, and marine sectors.
Primary responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for distributor sales teams across the region.
- Sales Support: Participate in “work-out” days and provide support to distributors.
- Event Participation: Attend national and international trade shows and distributor open house sessions.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the RUPES Product Managers to identify new product opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with end-users to provide practical, hands-on demonstrations of our products
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent presentation skills, proficient in using PowerPoint and similar software.
- Have a background in surface preparation, with experience in the detailing industry, automotive paint market, or related fields.
- Understand customer needs effectively, tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
- Be knowledgeable about leading products from industry manufacturers.
- Be technically skilled, with a hands-on, demonstration-oriented approach.
- Be a self-starter, capable of working independently.
- Communicate effectively, including presenting to large groups and utilizing social media proficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with all levels of the business, from management to shop technicians.
- Have a passion for achieving high-quality finishes in paint jobs.
- Be willing to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Be eager to learn and adapt to new cultures, both socially and commercially.
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English.

2. MARKETING MANAGER - ASEAN
We are looking for Marketing Manager who will be responsible for enhancing our importer’s social media presence and reinforce our brand strategy. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of diverse social media platforms and demonstrate expertise in optimizing content to maximize engagement and reinforce brand identity.
Job Functions:
- Formulate effective strategies and tactics to effectively promote our company, generate awareness, and attract relevant traffic to our business.
- Create valuable and engaging content for the ASEAN importer’s website and blog that captivates and converts our target audience.
- Conduct consumer behaviour analysis and adapt email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Work closely with ASEAN importer to define and implement the local marketing strategy to support business growth.
The Requirements:
- 3+ years of organic social media experience (executing content calendar, community engagement/comms,etc.)
- Willing to travel within ASEAN
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Experience in detailing & automotive refinishing industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin (both written and spoken)

3. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services in accordance with Company management.
Main Job Tasks and Responsabilities
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customers inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

4. Trade Compliance Specialist
Ensure a compliant, timely and accurate management of Customs process and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing development of Customs process, procedures, internal controls, and analytics that will contribute to the ongoing compliance management to ensure legal requirements with Customs authorities are met.
- Verify the correctness of material classification (Finished Products, Raw materials, Components, Spare Parts)
- Support analysis for duty spend based on material sourcing and classification determination
- Analyze Product Origin calculations and ensure Long Term statements are regularly and correctly issued
- Support Customs audits
- Suggest potential improvements to reach higher efficiency and control of process.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Practical knowledge of customs clearance operations and customs regulations desirable
- Knowledge of supply chain operations is an advantage
- Proficient use of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access) essential
- Demonstrated business reasoning, analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to deal with urgent deadlines by properly planning and organizing customs related issues

Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

5. Disegnatore CAD/CAM – Progettista Meccanico
Nell’ambito del team Industrial Engineering siamo alla ricerca di un/una giovane Disegnatore CAD/CAM – Progettista Meccanico da inserire all’interno del team.
Descrizione posizione:
Nel dettaglio la sua posizione prevederà le seguenti attività:
- Design e progettazione di utensili portatili
- Design e progettazione di parti macchina
- Sviluppo Rapid Prototyping tramite 3D printer interna; come ausilio alla progettazione
- Interazione con i fornitori nell’affinamento tecnologico dei particolari
- Supporto tecnico ai reparti produttivi e assistenza alla realizzazione delle attrezzature e delle parti macchina
Requisiti:
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e inglese
- Conoscenza della progettazione CAD 3D (la conoscenza di Solidworks costituirà titolo preferenziale).
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office.
