Introducing the latest RUPES NW Series D-A Wool Polishing Pads with a new cylindric shape, an evolution of the BW Series pads. These new pads, crafted in-house by RUPES using top-tier materials that are totally made in Italy, have higher resistance and a longer durability. Also, the new D-A Wool Pads are packaged in the RUPES ECO PACK, our new sustainable packaging solution entirely made from responsible sources and 100% recyclable with paper.

AVAILABILITY
All the new NW Series Wool Pads are available to order, while the previous BW Series Wool Pads will be discontinued as follows:
– 9.BW180H are now out of stock and all orders will be switched to 9.NW160H.
– 9.BW150H and 9.BW100H will be available until end of February, later the orders will be modified with 9.NW130H and 9.NW80H.
– D-A Medium Wool Pads will be available in both version (BW & NW) until summer 2024.
– All kits including D-A Wool Pads are now produced with the new NW Series D-A Wool Pads, iBrid Nano LUX Kits excluded.

RUPES introduces the new WAFFLE POLISHING PADS, a line of foam pads specially designed to expand the options within our Rotary Polishing System and deliver high-performance results with any rotary polisher on the market today. The new WAFFLE Pads are available in four sizes and three different levels of hardness following the RUPES blue, yellow, and white color-coded system:

NEW TEXAS MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Houston, Texas – November 4th, 2021 – Today RUPES is proud to announce the expansion of manufacturing capabilities in North America with the addition of a new 3,700 square meter operation in Houston, Texas. This new facility, which was covertly established over the past 12 months, will serve as a dedicated consumables manufacturing hub with the full capacity to manufacture, package, and ship RUPES various polishing pads and compounds. The near-term plan is for this facility to service all the consumables needs for customers located in North America but may expand scope to help service other markets in the future. Additionally, this establishes RUPES as the only manufacturer of polishing pads with factory locations on two continents, providing increased flexibility and insulation from the contemporary logistics challenges that have plagued so many companies of late.

“Our Houston operation demonstrates how serious we are about our commitment to the US, Canada, and beyond” says Rob Volkert, CEO for RUPES USA. “Manufacturing and shipping our pads from Houston means we have significantly improved our ability to meet the demands of our customers here, while also taking some of the burden from our Italian factories. Without having to produce for the USA, they can focus production on the rest of the global network of RUPES consumers.”

The new, state of the art, facility adds to the RUPES dedicated North American manufacturing network joining the Colorado headquarters where production of electric and pneumatic tools has been online since 2016. The two manufacturing centers also demonstrate RUPES commitment to growth as a global entity and a true vertically integrated manufacturer with control of all components of its industry leading polishing and sanding systems.

RUPES is pleased to announce the release of the new CUT & FINISH Rotary Wool Pads. These represent a massive leap forward in rotary pad technology, providing versatility for detailers, body shop technicians, or anywhere a rotary polisher finds frequent use.

Featuring a similar design to our extremely popular wool pads for dual action orbital polishers, these pads use only the highest-quality genuine merino wool fibers refined to maintain a consistent fiber length of 20mm. These premium fibers are then assembled in an extremely dense pattern onto a specially designed foam interface to provide surface contouring, stability, and smooth operator experience.

The CUT & FINISH Wool Pads provide an optimized balance, an exceptional cut and a better finish than any wool rotary pad available on the market today and are compatible with virtually all rotary-style polishers, but perform best with a low speed and high torque tool like the BigFoot LH19E.
