H2N Trading GmbH<\/strong> is a RUPES authorized distributor founded in 2016 by Jan Hentrich and Oliver Nagel in Norderstedt near Hamburg. They offer a wide range of innovative solutions for the automotive, composites, yacht and private label industries. With a very significant background of experience in this field, they managed to gain an important knowledge about the special requirements and needs of their customers.
In recent years, together with their partner company Yachticon A. Nagel GmbH<\/strong>, H2N Trading developed a new product range of Epoxy products for a lot of different art works, such as furnitures. Yachticon is H2N Trading partner for the Yachting industry and sell the complete RUPES range to shipyards, service companies, dealers in Germany.
\u201cSince more than two years ago we equipped our workshop with a full range of RUPES sanding and polishing systems, as well as dust extraction systems. We mainly use RUPES products for our sample production, for training and for our own art works<\/em>\u201d says Jan Hentrich, founder and owner of H2N Trading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As a solutions provider, RUPES worked with H2N and Yachticon to identify a combination of products that would improve results, increase efficiency, eliminate rework, and ultimately reduce the cost of final finish procedures. To identify the best possible solutions, RUPES Germany Area Sales Manager, Alexander Frais, went to H2N headquarters to hold a training for technicians of Yachticon\u00b4s Epoxy product range and observed the current process, identified solutions, and developed a system-based approach that would address H2N\u2019s unique needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    APPLICATION AND PRODUCTS USED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sanding is a very important step in most of our projects and RUPES comes to our aid with its wide range of sanders and sanding papers up to 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 grits. Furthermore, the polishing step makes the difference in the finishing phase of the artworks, where RUPES BigFoot polishers paired with the polishing compounds and pads from the BigFoot range ensure to achieve impressive results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
