Established in 1995, JG Aviation is an Authorized Pilatus Service Centre. The company is based in Gray, France, where it guarantees comprehensive product support over the entire lifecycle of a Pilatus aircraft. Equipped to handle the full range of maintenance and repair jobs on aircrafts, this centre is equipped and trained in accordance with the highest industry standards. Since they started using the RUPES Polishing and Sanding Systems, they managed to significantly reduce time and improve results in the finishing process.

Liuteria Guarnieri was founded by Alessio Guarnieri in 2014, near the town of Biella, in the North-West of Italy. Since then, with great passion and dedication, they have been building, maintaining and repairing plucked instruments, especially acoustic and electric guitars as well as ukuleles.

Both in repairs and in the making of new musical instruments, RUPES has managed to find specific sanding and polishing solutions that would simplify their work, shortening processing time, increasing safety and improving results.

Greaser Garage is a workshop, founded in Genoa, Italy, by Giorgio Pellegrino and Elena and Michele Speich. They take care of customized modifications and painting, as well as restoration of vintage and modern motorcycles, specializing in Café Racers, Scramblers, Bobbers and Choppers.

Ever since they tried the RUPES sanding and polishing systems, preparing and finishing motorcycle bodies has never been easier. Our products really helped them speeding up their work and achieving incredible results!

Griffa e Figli Pianoforti is family owned and operated company founded in 1840 and based in Milan, Italy. For 6 generations they have been dealing with every aspect of pianos, from sale and rental to service and maintenance.

They started using RUPES more than 20 years ago and since then they only rely on our products to achieve the perfect finish on the polyester surfaces of their musical instruments. We visited their laboratories and asked them to tell us more about their work and history!

NEW TEXAS MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Houston, Texas – November 4th, 2021 – Today RUPES is proud to announce the expansion of manufacturing capabilities in North America with the addition of a new 3,700 square meter operation in Houston, Texas. This new facility, which was covertly established over the past 12 months, will serve as a dedicated consumables manufacturing hub with the full capacity to manufacture, package, and ship RUPES various polishing pads and compounds. The near-term plan is for this facility to service all the consumables needs for customers located in North America but may expand scope to help service other markets in the future. Additionally, this establishes RUPES as the only manufacturer of polishing pads with factory locations on two continents, providing increased flexibility and insulation from the contemporary logistics challenges that have plagued so many companies of late.

“Our Houston operation demonstrates how serious we are about our commitment to the US, Canada, and beyond” says Rob Volkert, CEO for RUPES USA. “Manufacturing and shipping our pads from Houston means we have significantly improved our ability to meet the demands of our customers here, while also taking some of the burden from our Italian factories. Without having to produce for the USA, they can focus production on the rest of the global network of RUPES consumers.”

The new, state of the art, facility adds to the RUPES dedicated North American manufacturing network joining the Colorado headquarters where production of electric and pneumatic tools has been online since 2016. The two manufacturing centers also demonstrate RUPES commitment to growth as a global entity and a true vertically integrated manufacturer with control of all components of its industry leading polishing and sanding systems.

LH 19E rotary polisher

Today Rupes presents a new video for the rotary polisher LH19E, which enriches the wide range of BigFoot polishers by adding another piece to the family of polishers made in Rupes.

This rotary polisher allows a deep correction of paint defects in a very short time, thanks to the high torque given by the double gear reduction.

In the video all its features and combination with its many available accessories, wool pads, foam pads, backing pads, compound and handles.
