3 years warranty To get the RUPES 3 years warranty, you must register your tool on www.rupes.com and download the warranty certificate. To obtain the 3 years warranty will be necessary to submit to an authorized RUPES technical service an original sales receipt (which shows the product data and the date of purchase), the filled-in form on the inside back of the instruction booklet and the downloaded 3 years warranty certificate.

Warranty conditions

If a RUPES tool develops a performance problem during normal use and service, RUPES spa will warrant this tool against fabrication and material defects.
The guarantee will no longer be valid if the instruction contained in the instruction booklet are not followed, if the tool is used for purposes other than that for which   it is intended, if it is dismantled, interfered with in any way or damages due to neglect.
All tools must be used only with RUPES original accessories and spare parts: we refuse all responsibility for damages or accidents caused by non-observance of this rule which will also cause the termination of the guarantee. 
Besides the warranty doesn’t cover:
all the wearable parts, bearings, rotor blades, regulators, valve stems, levers, shrouds, guards, O-rings, seals, gasket.
