Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Define new products cooperating with R&D
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Be an expert with respect to the competition
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
• Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
• Brief and train the sales force on the field and at sales meetings


• Minimum of 3 years as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Technical background
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel 50% of the tim

Sales Executive

RUPES is a privately owned manufacturer of power tools in the industrial market, located in Vermezzo (Milano) , who searching for an Export Manager. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities include direction and management of sales, business development operations, market competitiveness, distribution, channel strategy, and business development.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 years sales experience in comparable manufacturing industries
• Extensive industry sales and distribution knowledge
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
• Established contact and relationships with potential customers and channel partners
• Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment
• Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales channel management
• Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and international sales applications

• Outstanding consultative sales abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment
• Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time

• Fluent in English and German

Major Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Drive the development of national and/or international sales strategies
• Develop and execute programs in marketing
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
• In collaboration with the executive leadership, develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions for high-profile customers and channel partners
