The right candidate for the Marketing Assistant role will be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in B2B marketing and have excellent communication skills. The role is to provide marketing, design and communication support to the Marketing Department, assisting with various marketing activities. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.


Male or female, 25 – 35 years old
Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Permanent address not over 20 km from the Company
Driving license and use of own car is desirable

Key Responsabilities

Produce sales and marketing materials, which include brochures, flyers, articles, presentations and collateral
Produce and develop photographic and video materials
Assist with updates and maintenance of corporate websites
Manage supplier relationships for merchandise, print and advertising
Assist in the detailed preparation and planning of company events, trade shows, open houses, workshops and seminars
Prepare marketing statistics & report on a monthly basis

Skills required

Creative with a strong sense of initiative and adaptation to various tasks and project
Excellent in written and spoken English, (a second Language is a preferred element)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent knowledge of graphic software (InDesign, Photoshop) and  editing video software
Good knowledge of WordPress platform to manage company website
Good knowledge of photography techniques and video shooting


Reporting To: Regional Sales Director Benelux

Primary Responsibilities:

– conduct training sessions for distributors’ sales forces throughout the sales Region
– join distributors’ sales forces in “work-out” days throughout the sales Region
– train and physically support distributors in the sales Region
– attend national and international trade shows when required
– participate in distributors’ Open House sessions when required
– work together with Rupes Product Manager to define new products opportunities

The Successful Candidate will:

– have strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and other alike programs
– have a strong background in surfaces preparation in the Paint Trade market, understand painters’ needs
– have a working knowledge of leading paint manufacturers’ products
– be a hands-on and demonstration oriented person
– work well independently, be a self-starter
– have strong communication skills and be well versed in social media
– be comfortable working together with all layers of business society,
from the management to the shop technicians
– have a passion for creating a high quality paint job finishings
– be willing to embrace a 50% time travel schedule
– be open to learn new cultures, both social and commercial


General purpose

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

– Define the product strategy and roadmap
– Define new products cooperating with R&D
– Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
– Be an expert with respect to the competition
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
– Perform product demos to customers
– Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
– Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
– Brief and train the sales force on the field and at sales meetings


– Minimum of 3 years as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
– Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
– Technical background
– Excellent teamwork skills
– Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
– Must be able to travel 50% of the time
